We always aim to ensure our customers are happy with our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us (preferably within 7 days) with the nature of your request, and a member of our Customer Experience team will reach out to you.

Refunds 
We will issue refunds for valid reasons. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
